Any personal information we collect may be used for such purposes as processing transactions, customer service, and service development. Unless you opt out of receiving promotional materials, we may from time to time notify you of special promotions, new products or services, or other information that may interest you if you are one of our clients. We explicitly reserve the right to disclose any such personal information if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, respond to claims, or protect the rights, property or safety of our company, employees, customers, or the public.

Design Twist reserves the right to change the terms of its privacy policy at any time. If we do change this privacy policy, we will post the changes on this page. We encourage you to review this privacy policy each time you visit our website to make sure you understand our current updated policy on collecting and using information collected through our company. Design Twist reserves the right to use the final artwork as part of its portfolio or sample pages unless otherwise specified by the client and signed upon in contract. Upon requested removal of the specified artwork a letter will be sent via email confirming removal will be sent to the client. Payment must have been received in full with no outstanding payments due.

All projects on the portfolio page were created/designed by Lori Rexworthy and are part of her Graphic Design Portfolio from 2002 until present.
