We explicitly reserve the right to disclose any such personal information if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, respond to claims, or protect the rights, property or safety of our company, employees, customers, or the public.

Design Twist (Lori Rexworthy) reserves the right to use the final artwork as part of its/her portfolio or sample pages unless otherwise specified by the client and signed upon in contract. Upon requested removal of the specified artwork a letter will be sent via email to the person(s) confirming removal.

Payment must have been received in full with no outstanding payments due. All projects on the portfolio page were created/designed by Lori Rexworthy and are part of her personal and professional Graphic Design Portfolio from 2001 until present. Some projects were designed outside of Design Twist but were all designed by Lori Rexworthy.
